Did you receive Wages or Stipend ?: No

Please share your comments about your experience : Very rough and worn out CG. Moss on all the rentals, cabins looked ok. "Paved" roads were oiled dirt and eroding constantly. Lake drain clogged often. Intake interview, owner told me he "didn't track hours", just do what I see needed doing. Which looked to add up to at least 30 a week. Not terrible but NO cable, NO phone service, CG wifi was nonexistent. 5 local antenna TV channels. Weather after Memorial Day was chilly and damp. 25 minutes to anyplace. Our TT was towed by tractor up a hill to a site on a slope. I stayed a week and managed to pull out myself. Owner had great Good Sam ratings, don't ask me how. The place was pretty much falling apart, the seasonal campers just left their rigs in place and winter took its toll. Damage and rot everywhere. If you want to rebuild most everything in a CG this place is for you. FHU only.

Did you receive any special benefits or perks while workamping? : Nope.
