Please share your comments about your experience : We had a great summer. The management was great (Johnny Gillis and Donna). I worked in the Merry Moose making breakfast and my wife worked in the office. We worked the same days, and same days off. The fun part about this job was everyone was happy and had no drama. The young local hires were friendly and easy to work with. The summer gets very busy, but fun. This is a Sun Communities park, so you sign for the exact job you want. Merry Moose, ranger, grounds, office, pool, or maintenance. The work can be tough at times, but rewarding. When we come back to the east coast, we would love to work here again.
The site was large, and had a large concrete pad.
Did you receive any special benefits or perks while workamping? : Paid for every hour, received 1/2 laundry, cable, wifi, discount in the Moose, store, and propane. A good place to work.

Please share your comments about your experience : I usually (9 1/2 years) work in the Office. This summer, I decided to do something different-Making Breakfasts! The Merry Moose is a very hot area to work in...but enjoyed greeting people early in the morning and making their breakfasts. a 4 day work week helped (32 hrs a week)
Did you receive any special benefits or perks while workamping? : Yes, 1/2 laundry costs, nice channels on cable, Trolly to Old Orchard Beach is only $1/person each way, and the compensation for our 50 amp full hook up site is very reasonable. Also, our site was large and shaded.
