Please share your comments about your experience : The current managers have been here since December 2017. They've been working hard to bring the campground up to modern quality since it was built in the 70s and hasn't been updated much since then. The managers are out there every day doing just as much work as we do. We work 20 hours a week and get paid $9/hour for any time over that, or can save our hours for vacation time for the future.
The work so far has been hard, but its been a lot of updating. Painting, landscaping, working on plumbing. The campground is not in an awful condition, just outdated and needs work, but we are getting it done.
Every day, the managers thank us for our work for the day and tell us we are appreciated. We can work more than the 4 hours required a day, but have never been expected or pressured to do that. Its not laid back, they expect things to get done, but it helps a lot knowing they are out there getting things done as well doing just as much as we do.
So far its been great, really like working for a couple that knows what they are doing, knows how to run a campground, and makes sure the workers know what is required from them.
