Please share your comments about your experience : I would like to share my experience at the KOA in Palm Springs/Joshua Tree. This is the absolute worst place to work at. The managers are terrible. It took us a month to even meet them. And we had to track them down. They only come out when it is absolutely necessary. They have an "office manager" that handles everything and she does it horribly. The managers are also racist and sexist. You wouldn't believe what they say about guests and employees. Disgusting. There is no communication between anyone. Everything is hearsay and gossip. It's worse than middle school. There are two employees there that harass everyone they come in contact with. But they are best friends with management. When I approached management about these people, I was told they were more valuable than anyone else and I needed to keep my mouth shut. We were rarely paid on time. And I'm not sure my check was ever right. But again, talking to management was impossible. Even the owners of the park don't care. This park is extremely neglected. They also advertise that they are an EXTREMELY busy park. This is NOT the case. I never even saw the park close to full. I highly suggest you stay away from this park.

Job Title: Maintenance / front office

Please share your comments about your experience : Management was very toxic, this park just turned into a KOA and I believe the left over GM was just burnt out, the office manager and the maintenance supervisor had zero people skills and treated you like you were less then. the amenities were great and the majority of other employees were awesome. I believe these managers will soon be gone as the corp that took over won't tolerate this behavior. We ended up leaving due to the volatile behavior (cussing and yelling)because something wasn't done to their satisfaction. If Roger Stevens is still there RUN!!!!
